Ltd.’ , ‘Supertex Designs Ltd.’ and Supertex Washing & Dying with all compliance facility, as a woven apparel manufacturing company and specialized in Girl’s, Boy’s, ladies & Men’s woven bottoms garments and also winter jacket, summer jacket & work wear etc.

Also we have modern equipped Washing, all types of Garments Dye and Dry process facility at Gazipur.

Supertex Designs Ltd. established at 2016 and its capacity 25000 Dz per Month.

Supertex Washing & Dying established at 2016 and its capacity Garments Dye: 10,000 pcs/day & other wash: 20,000 pcs/day.

Our garment factories are socially compliant by ensuring 9 standard of social compliance and maintaining international labor standards.  We promote ethical working conditions, labor rights, corporate social responsibility and social dialogue.

The 9 standards are:

  1. Child labor: children younger than 15 years of age are not employed in our factory.
  2. Forced labor: Person are not employed in the factory if they haven’t offered to do so voluntarily or be forced to work under the threat of punishment or retaliation.
  3. Health and safety:A safe and healthy workplace environment is provided in the factory by preventing any potential health and safety incidents and work related injury or illness from occurring.
  4. Freedom of association and collective bargaining: All staff have a trade unions ensuring their rights.
  5. Discrimination:  Factory’s ensure any discrimination in hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement.
  6. Disciplinary practices: In our factory are strongly  prohibited from engaging in or tolerating the use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or verbal abuse of employees.
  7. Working hours: Our factory strongly comply with applicable laws, collective bargaining agreements and industry standards on working hours, breaks and public holidays.
  8. Remuneration: We provide living wage valuing staff personal life.
  9. Management systems: Compliance department are continuously reviewed and implemented to the SA800 Standard through developed policies and procedures.

For Ensuring International product quality the Quality Auditor will do the hourly basic audit for the hourly production output base on the follow 2.5 AQL standard. If audit is got failed, supervisor fix those defect and offer for the Re-Audit. All data will be recorded hourly basis for the management review.

Following policy and standards are followed to meet high quality products:

  1. Needle control and metal contamination policy.
  2. Traffic light system.
  3. Defect per hundred unit (DHU) policy.
  4. 6 M’S problem finding policy.
  5. Broken and used needle control record.
  6. Broken and used needle disposal method.
  7. Daily, weekly, monthly basis quality report documentation
  8. Standard illumination policy.
  9. Machine calibration policy.

We continuously invest in the latest manufacturing technology.

Following National safety rules and international standard we installed Fire hydrant system, Sprinkler system, smoke detector system, heat detector system throughout the factory to prevent any disaster in any fire issue. Enough firefighting equipment’s are placed in appropriate location to provide considerable support in emergency.

We have strong and well trained firefighting team to keep our factory safe. In every month there are rehearsals and training program held in this factory throughout our employees for safety and keep the awareness about the firefighting system. Regular monthly basis fire evacuation drill provided to the employee to boost their confidence in handling fire. fire training also being provided at least 25% workers and maintain it strictly.

Supertex  Group has moved up the ladder of success while maintaining fully ethical operations and a genuine concern for the society and environment. Towards sustainable development and growth, we adopted initiatives of practical relevance. We plan to go green through solar power capacity augmentation every year and emerge as a clean manufacturer in industry.
